A training participant will qualify for a refund if the following occur:

1. A class is cancelled in advance by the course owner.

2. A class cannot be completed by the training entity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather event, sickness, 

      etc.)

*** Participants that miss/or cannot attend the session they registered for are welcome to reschedule and attend another class session without paying any additional costs, but no refund is offered.
